2. Packaging & Delivery Safety
   • All products are securely packaged to prevent physical damage during transit.
   • Damaged parcels at delivery must be reported immediately with photo/video proof.

   • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production
   has not started.
   • Once production or customization begins, cancellations are not permitted.

   Due to the customized, modular, and design-specific nature of our products,
   returns are accepted only in the following cases:
