   By accessing or using the Eleven11 App or Eleven11 Studios Website (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services immediately.

2. Use of Services
   • You must be at least 18 years old to use our App or Website.
   • You agree to provide accurate information and not engage in misuse, hacking, or unauthorized access.
   • The App may require Bluetooth and limited device permissions to connect with Eleven11 smart products.

3. Account Responsibilities
   • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
   • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of our policies.

4. Orders & Payments (Website)
   • Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice.
   • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation email.
   • We use secure third-party payment gateways like Razorpay.
   • Eleven11 studios reserves the right to cancel any order due to invalid details or technical issues.

5. Intellectual Property
   • All logos, product designs, visuals, brand names, and content are the property of Eleven11 studios
   • You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. App Features and Bluetooth Use
   • The App allows users to connect, control, and monitor Eleven11 smart products.
   • Bluetooth access is only used for device connectivity—not for location tracking.

7. Prohibited Activities
   Users are prohibited from:
   • Reverse engineering our products, software, or App
   • Distributing harmful content or malware
   • Using the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

8. Limitation of Liability
   Eleven11 studios is not liable for:
   • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   • Damages caused by misuse, unauthorised alterations, or third-party services
   • Internet, connectivity, or hardware-related failures

9. Data Protection
   Your data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you consent to the processing of data as per applicable laws (DPDP Act, India / PDPL UAE).

10. Returns and Cancellations
    • Due to the customised and modular nature of our products, returns are limited to cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if production has not started.

11. Termination of Use
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Platform without
    notice for:
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Violation of Terms & Conditions
    • Misuse of our services, designs, or intellectual property

12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
